SUBMIT A COMPLAINT
to the National Transparency Authority (NTA)

The NTA shall not examine complaints or reports related to:

Private civil disputes
Staff Regulations of civil servants
Acts and decisions of judicial authorities and the State Legal Council
Matters of Independent Authorities
Matters of religious legal entities

Upon submission of a named complaint, your personal information may be disclosed to the respondent, if requested, in accordance with the provisions of the applicable personal data legislation (HDPA Decision No 73/2010).

If you wish your personal information to remain confidential, you may:

Α) submit a named complaint setting out clearly on this electronic platform the specific reasons justifying your request (non-disclosure of data), so that it can be examined on a timely basis by the National Transparency Authority

B) submit an anonymous complaint (non-submission of identification data). In that case you will not be able to follow up on the progress of the complaint.
