The 4th webinar of the series of 16 thematic webinars under the title "The contribution of the audit work of the National Transparency Authority (NTA) to society" was successfully held (31.05.2023) on Complaint Management & Project Monitoring of the Inspections and Audits Unit.
More than 370 public and private sector executives had the opportunity to attend the webinar, during which the multi-level work of this Unit, the way of managing and evaluating complaints according to the standard procedure, as well as the monitoring of audit work and the implementation of audit report proposals and recommendations were presented.
At the same time, the way of managing and evaluating complaints of mobbing and lobbying were analysed and statistics of complaints, audit reports and investigations were presented, as well as specific case studies of audit report recommendations and recommendations, which were finally implemented, in order to better inform both the human resources of the public and private sector and society at large.
