The 1st Panhellenic Conference on Public Procurements organized by the Legal Library was attended by the Governor of the National Transparency Authority (NTA), Mr. Angelos Binis, and specifically in the session on: "Electronic Communication Media & Digital Transformation of Public Procurement", on topic "Corruption & Transparency in the conduct of public tendering procedures".
Mr. Binis referred to the use of digital databases for public procurement
(a) for an effective annual planning of audit missions based on risk analysis (RBAP) and
(b) for the collection of reliable data and the formulation of well-founded conclusions during the phase of carrying out audit missions and writing the relevant reports.
