Alexandra Rogkakou, Interim Governor of the National Transparency Authority (NTA), addressed the 5th Compliance Conference, the annual Compliance Conference organized by the Association of Compliance Officers in Greece (ASCO Greece) in cooperation with the Legal Library, under the auspices of the NTA.
During her address to the Conference, which had as its main theme "Seeking Certainties in Uncertain Times", Ms.Rogkakou noted the catalytic role of Regulatory Compliance as a key element of any business action, highlighting the priorities of the Authority.
He referred to the NTA's cooperation with ASCO Greece and the Legal Library in the context of the preparation of the National Anti-Corruption Action Plan (NACAP) 2022-2025, while stressing, among other things, that the Authority, through its multi-level work and its specialised staff, develops integrated integrity policies, creates useful tools, codes of conduct and manuals in the fight against corruption, adopting best practices from abroad through the international networks in which it participates. We are developing a wide range of awareness-raising and communication activities, in collaboration with both public and private entities, with the aim of gradually changing society's attitudes and norms to combat fraud and strengthen a culture of zero tolerance towards corruption".
