The National Transparency Authority (NTA) in cooperation with the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) organizes on Tuesday 23.04.2024 at 09:30 - 14:00 at the Wyndham Hotel Grand Athens (2 Megalou Alexandrou Str., Athens), Conference on "Conflict of Interest & Integrity in the Public Sector: Capturing 'Today' - Designing 'Tomorrow' ".

  • The results of the survey “Measuring the implementation and impact of integrity policies in Greece” conducted with the participation of 3,100 civil servants.

The Conference is organized in the framework of the project "Strengthening Integrity, Transparency and Anti-Corruption framework" and is co-funded by the EEA Grants Financial Mechanism, which represents the contribution of Iceland, Liechtenstein, and Norway towards a green, competitive, and inclusive Europe.

Within the framework of the EEA Grants Financial Mechanism 2014-2021, the National Transparency Authority implements in cooperation with the OECD implements the project "Strengthening integrity, transparency and anti-corruption framework" aiming to support the implementation of National Anti-Corruption Action Plan (NACAP), as the national framework for planning and monitoring the implementation of policies and actions to prevent and combat corruption and a key tool for monitoring the country's compliance with the requirements arising from: a) its participation in the EU and b) the binding recommendations of international organizations.

More specifically, the project aims to support the effective implementation of NACAP actions connected to priorities of the National Integrity System (NIS), which is a national strategic reform for preventing corruption and strengthening transparency, integrity and accountability in public life.
