We are pleased to announce that on Friday, April 9, 2021, the Rector of the Harokopio University of Greece, Ms. Maria Nicolaides, and the Governor of the National Transparency Authority (NTA), Mr. Angelos Binis proceeded to the signing of the Memorandum of Cooperation (MoC).
The conclusion of the MoC launches the planning and implementation of joint actions and programs, with the aim of sharing know-how, good practices, and the use of scientific education, in support of the mission, objectives, and activities of both institutions.
For the Harokopio University in particular, the ultimate goal is to create stronger links between the world of production, consumption and knowledge, thus contributing to the social, cultural and economic development of the country, with the main objective of developing the skills and knowledge of human resources.
Similarly, the NTA aims to strengthen integrity, transparency, and accountability in order to improve governance structures and systems, fight corruption, and enhance citizens' trust in the public administration and institutions.
