NTA was distinguished for the second time in the Digital Governance Awards Competition organized by the Ministry of Digital Governance. The purpose of the competition was to highlight effective, innovative, and pioneering digitization processes, with the aim of simplifying administrative procedures and developing initiatives that support the country’s digital transformation.
In the “Best Implemented Idea” category, NTA won the second prize for the development of iSupport, a modern information system for managing requests and incidents. iSupport was designed and implemented in-house by the staff of the e-Government Directorate, at no cost to Greek taxpayers.
It is a comprehensive digital request management tool designed to support the operations of the National Transparency Authority (NTA). It aims to effectively record, manage, and track requests related to technical support, administrative services, process support, and information security issues.
iSupport users and stakeholders include Inspectors & Auditors, administrative staff, the e-Governance Directorate, Information Security Officers (CISO, DPO), and the NTA Management, which has the ability to monitor the progress and effectiveness of procedures.
Through a modern e-ticketing tool, the Authority gains the ability to monitor, process, and manage requests, while simultaneously ensuring the complete logging of all intermediate actions. iSupport is at the core of NTA’s daily operations, contributing to increased efficiency and productivity across all its organizational units, with the aim of providing faster and more effective service to citizens.
