The NTA Interim Governor Mrs Alexandra Rogkakou welcomed on Thursday 11.01.2024 at NTA’s central offices, the Minister of Interior Mrs Niki Kerameos, the Deputy Minister of Interior Mrs Vivi Charalabogianni and the Secretary General of Public Administration Mr Dimitris Kirmikiroglou. During the special event, which took place at the Authority's headquarters, the e-Peitharxika application (https://e-peitharxika.aead.gr/) was launched. E-Peitharxika is an integrated information system developed by NTA’s employees that monitors the forms of disciplinary pre-trial and disciplinary cases.
Mrs Alexandra Rogkakou noted that "E-Peitharxika is a state-of-the-art, innovative tool for the practical monitoring of any disciplinary case. It is an online database kept on the NTA’s infrastructure in which the data for monitoring the progress of Preliminary Examination Procedures, Administrative Inquiry, Disciplinary Proceedings and Criminal Cases related to disciplinary proceedings, are registered. It also monitors the progress of disciplinary cases after the issuance of disciplinary decisions and in the case of appeals. This is an action that on the one hand strengthens citizens’ trust in public institutions and improves the administration of disciplinary justice, and on the other hand, strengthens the Ministry’s of Interior and NTA’s work in the direction of safeguarding transparency and accountability".
