During the period 19-21.06.2020, the National Transparency Authority in cooperation with Hellenic Police officers and in coordination with the Ministry of Health and the Deputy Ministry of Civil Protection and Crisis Management conducted inspections in the afternoon and evening in the Municipality of Athens (Pagkrati, Petralona ) in the Municipality of Kallithea and in the Municipality of Chaidari with the object of the correct observance of the measures of prevention of dispersion of SARS COV-2. Ladders of NTA and Hellenic Police checked 32 points of interest in 14 of which violations were recorded (43.75%) and fines totaling 15,550€ were imposed mainly for not using a mask by the work staff and for exceeding the proportion of people per surface in controlled stores.
Inspectors-Inspectors found a relaxation in protection measures with a significant number of employees not observing the use of a mask, which is a risk to public health.
A typical example is the area of Pagkrati, where out of the six (6) KYE that were imposed, fines were imposed on five (5) offenses (83.3%). In the area of Petralona and Kallithea, from the five (5) Health interest Stores that were checked, fines were imposed on all five (5), crime rate (100%). It is pointed out that in Petralona, thirteen (13) fines were imposed on only one (1) restaurant for not using a mask by the work staff.
A local autopsy was carried out in Pagkrati following a complaint concerning a Store of Health interest (bar) that did not comply with the virus protection measures, after which a fine of 10,000€ was imposed and a 15-day suspension was imposed for exceeding 75% of the proportion of persons / sq. (3 × 150) euros for not using a mask by the work staff, total fine of 10,450€

Municipality of Athens (Pagrati):

A (1) cafe-bar was fined 10,000€ and suspended for 15 days for exceeding 75% of the proportion of people / sqm of licensed surface and 450 (3 × 150) for not using a mask by the workforce, a total fine of 10,450€

In four stores of health interest (restaurants and coffee bars) 6 fines of a total amount of 900€ were imposed for non-use of a mask by the work staff.
Municipality of Athens (Petralona):

In one (1) restaurant, (13) thirteen fines of 150€ were imposed, a total amount of fines of 1,950€, for not using a mask by the work staff,

Eight (8) fines totaling 1,200€ were imposed on four (4) Health Interest Stores (restaurants, cafes).
Municipality of Chaidari:

Two food fines of 150€ were imposed on a grocery store (2), with a total fine of 300€, for not using a mask by the work staff.

In a food delivery store (delivery-take away) a fine of 150€ was imposed (1), for non-use of a mask by the work staff.

In a restaurant were imposed (3) three fines of 150€, total amount of fines 450€, for not using a mask by the work staff,
