On Wednesday 15.06.2022, the International Webinar entitled "Designing and Implementing Effective Whistleblowers Protection Systems" was successfully held with great participation in the framework of the implementation of the Annual Work Programme of the Network of Corruption Prevention Authorities of the Council of Europe (NCPA) under the Presidency of the National Transparency Authority (NTA).

Mr. Ioannis Foustanakis, Director of Strategic Planning and Behavioural Analysis Department of the NTA, representing the Network's Presiding Authority, opened the proceedings. In the second part of the seminar, participants had the opportunity to discuss about the challenges and opportunities related to the practical implementation of the regulatory framework and to evaluate case studies on how to effectively integrate these provisions into the national legal framework and how to address implementation challenges in practice.
