With the central message "The fight against CORRUPTION concerns us ALL", the NTA has launched an awareness and information campaign which has been running for the last few days on public transport in Athens (metro, buses and urban trail transport).
This is an NTA’s initiative aiming to raise awareness among passengers about the need to create a social front against corruption. The campaign includes videos’ projection on metro platforms, as well as inside buses and trolley buses. With this communication campaign, NTA aims to highlight the negative impact of corruption on society as a whole, as it erodes citizens' trust in institutions, slows down the country's economic development and widens social inequalities. The fight against corruption concerns us all and we have the power to change the situation in our country.
This campaign is part of a series of awareness-raising actions planned by NTA, which will culminate in early December with the organisation of the 1st Integrity Forum on 8-10 December and a series of innovative communication initiatives focused on the International Anti-Corruption Day.
Finally, the campaign was designed and implemented exclusively by the NTA’s staff, at zero cost to the Greek taxpayer, with the invaluable help of Hellenic Broadcasting Corporation (ERT) journalist Mrs. Christina Vidou, who "dressed" the video with her voice.
