The National Transparency Authority of Greece and the Agence Française Anticorruption agreed to strengthen the bilateral cooperation on the basis of respect, equality and mutual benefit by signing a Memorandum of Understanding in September 2022.
The MoU creates a framework for both institutions to work together in the field of corruption prevention and detection through the exchange of expertise and good practices in order to promote transparency and public integrity.
Furthermore, the signatory parties agreed to promote synergies and facilitate the implementation of joint projects and capacity building initiatives including trainings and awareness-raising activities.
