The Code of Conduct for Integrity Advisors is a modern tool to guide their conduct and professional action, with the aim of fostering a working environment based on the principles of integrity, transparency and professional ethics. It also addresses a number of issues related to the work and role of the Integrity Advisor, such as the duty of confidentiality, information management, conflict of interest, mobbing, equal treatment, as well as specific commitments to the employees of the body where they serve, the head of the body and the National Transparency Authority.
The Code forms part of the Pillar "Prevention – Integrity - Accountability" of the National Integrity System 2022 -2025, as described in the Annex (Action no. 9) of the ΓΓΑΔΔΤ 707/18852/01.12.2022 Decision of the Minister of Interior (B' 6312). The action was implemented by the Directorate for Integrity and Accountability of the National Transparency Authority.
