A Memorandum of Cooperation was signed by the President of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, Ms. Vasiliki Lazarakou and the Governor of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, Mr. Angelos Binis. The subject of the Memorandum is the cooperation between the two entities on a number of issues including their cooperation on the internal control system, risk management and integrity mechanisms of Hellenic Capital Market Commission. In particular, the two institutions will focus their cooperation, inter alia, on the training of staff of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission in risk management methodology, the formulation of policies and actions for the prevention of corruption and the development of the Internal Audit function.
