"Mobbing: ethical harassment in the public sector workplace"

We are pleased to invite you to the4th Integrity Forum, organized by the National Transparency Authority, on the occasion of the International Anti-Corruption Day (December 9th), with the main theme:
Mobbing: ethical harassment in the public sector workplace:
- Signs of recognition and consequences.
- A threat to the proper functioning of the service
- Threat of corruption
- Management
The aim of this year's event is to inform and raise public awareness about the phenomenon of violence and moral harassment in the workplace (mobbing), how to recognize it, the threat it can pose to the functioning of a service, the role of the National Transparency Authority, according to Law No. 4808/2021 and the relevant ministerial decisions of 2023, as well as practical advice on psychological support and empowerment of victims of this phenomenon.
During the work of the Forum:
- Typical mobbing cases managed by the NTA and the special mobbing complaint platform(https://aead.gr/kataggelies/mobbing-exete-prosfigei) developed by the NTA will be presented, enhancing the protection and support of civil servants facing such phenomena
- Participants will have the opportunity to take part in an interactive anonymous online vote (via the mentimeter platform) to capture their own personal experiences of moral harassment during their working life
- Good practices, public and private sector awareness-raising programmes and actions, complaint reception hubs and prevention mechanisms will be presented, such as the pioneering institution of the Integrity Adviser, which has been introduced in the Greek public administration and is another of NTA's competences.
